Hey There
We are spicy, messy (read: deeply human) therapists who are LGBTQIA2S+ celebrating, sex positive, kink and poly affirming, anti-racist, anti-capitalists just trying to improve mental health and deconstruct systems of oppression.

About Us
We’re a team of deeply human providers who genuinely love our work and are grateful to be able to show up for you fully present, deeply inspired by how you show up, and honored to walk beside you as you grow into who you’re becoming.
- Radically Affirming. We celebrate and support BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and all marginalized identities.

- Trauma-Informed & Anti-Oppressive. We recognize systemic harm and center healing. Your identity, experiences, and voice matter here.

- No Judgment, Just Support. We are real, authentic, messy, and deeply human — just like you. We understand the healing power of being seen, accepted, and celebrated for exactly who you are.

- Culturally Responsive Therapy. Your story is unique, and so is our approach.

- More Than Allies - Co-Conspirators. We actively challenge oppression in and out of the therapy room.
Who Are You?
Queer Folks
We don’t just “accept” your identity—we celebrate it. If you’ve ever felt unseen or misunderstood, we’re here to affirm that you are valuable, wanted, and worthy—*because* of every single part of you. We’re excited to walk alongside you as you build a life rooted in joy and authenticity.
People Healing from Pain
If you’re carrying wounds—old or new—that have left you feeling distant from yourself, we honor the strength it takes to show up. We help you sit with the hard stuff and reconnect with the parts of you that need gentleness, safety, and care.
Kids, Tweens, and Teens
Sometimes you’re in therapy because someone else thinks you should be. Sometimes you want to be here but don’t know where to start. That’s okay. We’ll meet you in your world—through art, music, games, quiet, or conversation—and we’ll take the time to earn your trust. We’ll also talk to your support people about what they need to work on- because we know they are part of the equation, too.
Men
We know it takes courage to reach out, especially in a culture that tells men to tough it out. Whether you’re just starting out, navigating fatherhood or partnership, living creatively as an artist or performer, or simply want to be your best self—we have someone here for you.
Women
We support women navigating all kinds of experiences—feeling out of step, exploring ADHD or autism, facing anxiety, managing burnout, processing trauma, or navigating perfectionism. We’re here for the tender moments: when you’re questioning your identity, unraveling old patterns, healing from harm, or simply longing for a space where you can fully be yourself. Whatever brings you to this work, we’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience.
In a Nutshell
If you’re between 6 and 65, trying to figure things out, and want support from someone who gets it—we have a provider for you. Come exactly as you are: strong, struggling, sassy, sensitive, burnt out, blooming, or somewhere in between. You’re welcome here.
